It’s hard to change once we’ve fallen into certain patterns in life. This retreat is a catalyst to help you establish new habits and mindsets through an immersive experience. It’ll also help us gain perspective and reset from the stress and distractions that we become blind to over time. We’ll come together every day to talk about where we’re at, the challenges we’re facing, and what we want out of our lives. By the end of this weekend, you’ll have a deeper understanding of what’s most important to you and how to become the person you’ve always wanted to be.

#10: Meet great people

Life is all about the relationships we build. Meeting like-minded people who are on the same journey of self-improvement will help you develop a new community of support, motivation, and accountability to help you grow.

#9: Disconnect

It’s incredibly difficult to change ourselves internally without removing the external triggers that cause us to think and act like according to our old habits. By changing our environment, we lay a new foundation for healthy habits and mindsets.

#8: Recharge

Burnout is real, but we often ignore the signals that we need to take a break. This self-destructive habit leads to hopelessness and extreme stress. It’s amazing what allowing yourself to recharge for just a few days can do for your health, though.

#7: Learn

Sometimes when you feel stuck, it’s just because you don’t have the tools you need to solve the situation you’re in. Our sessions and exercises every day will focus on giving you new tools to overcome whatever’s been holding you back from living the life you want to. Not only will you leave this retreat motivated and re-energized, but you’ll be well-armed, too.

#6: Reflect

The first part of our curriculum focuses on where you came from. It’s important to understand the relationship we have with our own origin story. That story doesn’t have to define you, but you do have to accept it. Then we can define our journey however we want to.

#5: Assess

Once we understand our past, we can take stock of exactly where we are now. Just like a GPS, first we need to understand where we are right now before we can figure out how to get where we want to go.

#4 Plan

The last part of defining our journey is deciding where we’re headed and how we get there. We’ll spend time locking in S.M.A.R.T. goals and detailed but practical action plans to ensure we reach them.

#3 Eat

There will be no shortage of great food during this retreat, including omelets made to order every morning, world-class ribeye steaks, and incredible Mexican food.

#2 IMPROVE YOUR MINDSET

Behind every thought you have and every decision you make, there is a filter that determines how positive, negative, or proactive they will be. Cultivating a positive and proactive mindset will improve the way you view the world and help you reach your potential.

During this retreat, we’ll spend time identifying our default mindsets and taking steps to rapidly improve them.

#1: Have fun

There’s a lot to do at the Iron Mansion - and a lot of space to do it in. We’ll have several planned group games and plenty of time to do your own thing, too.

And, yes, there’s a giant Ironman statue there.

WHO

This will be a life-changing experience for anyone who’s serious about improving themselves, their mindset, and their future. Anyone who’s committed to growing is invited to join us.

WHAT

We'll have a lot of fun during this time, but that’s not the main reason we’re coming together. We're getting away to do serious some reflection, learning, and personal development. Sometimes that’s uncomfortable, but it’s well worth it to avoid the pain of regret.

The Iron Mansion Retreat is from September 8th at 4 PM to September 10th, 2023 at 11 AM.

WHERE

We’ll be staying at the Iron Mansion in Temecula, California. This is an incredible property with plenty of room for us to meet and hang out.

WHY
