WHO

All leaders who are ready to grow are invited to join us.

WHAT

We'll have a lot of fun during this time, but this won't be one big party, either. We're getting away to do serious, sometimes uncomfortable, reflection and pesonal development work.

WHEN

This retreat is from September 1st to 7th, 2024.

Everyone should arrive at the Airport in Liberia, Costa Rica by 3 PM. After a quick introduction, we'll jump on our air-conditioned buses to take us straight to Llanos de Cortez, and incredible waterfall nearby where you can swim in calm water. There are also hot springs and a 10-foot cliff jump nearby. From the waterfall, we'll take a 2-hour bus ride to our resort near Nosara.

Buses will take us directly from the resort to Liberia airport on Sunday, September 7th at 9:30 AM. We'll arrive at the airport by 12 noon, so make sure your return flight departs after 2 PM.

Please let us know if your flight will arrive after 2 PM on the 1st or depart before noon on the 7th so we can arrange transportation for you.

WHERE

Nosara, Costa Rica is a very special place. Situated on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica's Guanacaste region, it offers the perfect blend of local authenticity, pristine jungle, and modern convenience. World-class surfing, incredible restaurants, and scuba diving are all minutes away.

Nosara is also right next to Ostional National Park, where we may get to see hundreds of thousands of sea turtles come ashore to lay eggs or hatch. These mass migrations called arribadas are one of the seven natural wonders of the world, however, it's hard to predict exactly when one will occur more than a few days in advance.

WHY

It's difficult to change our thinking, our attitudes, and our habits without changing our environment. By getting away from the circumstances, people, and places that trigger our autopilot responses, it's easier to be more intentional and set a new foundation for our lives. That foundation will be tested when you return home, but you'll also return with more clarity, tools, relationships, and momentum to keep you headed in the right direction.
